This program will help you get out of your head and into your body. This event is facilitated by a professional dancer, who will show how we can use dance to feel both more grounded and more free. Music is an important part of the event and we will connect music to breathing and movement, helping us to relax and connect to our true selves. Participants often leave feeling lighter and with a sense of satisfaction and connection to the other participants. Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. No previous dance experience is necessary. Just bring an open mind and playful spirit.

This program contains several segments and can be contracted as an individual program or for up to four segments. Segments include: Exploring Movement and Dance through the Ages, part I, II and III.
